SmileCraft® Sites ("we", "us", "our") provides website design, smile-simulator widgets, and conversion tools for dental practices. This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through smilecraftsites.com and any service-related communications.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it
We retain enquiry data for up to 3 years from your last interaction. Client project data and communications are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 6 years (HMRC / tax record requirements). You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, and the right to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
